FAQ
Q. Must I fax the order?
You can fax or email your order, but banks
definitely prefer faxed orders.
Though
not
fully
automated,
this procedure is very secure and it has been working
impeccably for years.
Q. What is this VAT stuff?
VAT (value-added taxt) is the sales tax of the
European Union. If you are a resident of the US
or of any other country outside the EU, you are
not subject to VAT.
If you are based in a EU country, you are generally
subject to VAT 19% (the Greek VAT percentage for
software goods and services).
Exemption from VAT is granted to EU businesses
with a valid VAT number. Therefore, unless you
indicate your VAT number on the order form, we
must charge an additional 19% for VAT. Also take
care to provide the full official name of your
business because we are validating VAT numbers
and incomplete names may delay processing of your
order.
Q. Can I pay with American Express?
No. We only accept Visa and MasterCard. If you
have neither card, please contact
us to arrange for a wire transfer or other payment
method that suits you.
