Implemented partial compatibility with 4Dv15:
- Works with 4D Mono, 4D Remote/4D Server 32 bit on Mac OS and Windows.
- With 4D Server 64 bit on Windows there is a crash when 4D Server quits.
- Support for 4D Server 64 bit on Mac OS has not been implemented yet.

Full support for 4D's new picture variable format.
Plug-in area drawing using native frameworks (CoreGraphics on Mac, GDI+ on Windows) instead of the deprecated QuickDraw.
The plug-in area no longer draws its own frame. This property should now be set using 4D's object properties palette. QMed_SetAreaStyle and QMed_GetAreaStyle now ignore the frame and focus arguments. When the area is set to tabbable through its advanced properties dialog, it draws the focus ring using the appropriate system color.
